It was a warm night full of great food and music. AVF’s very own Andy Vargas performed with his All Star Band at the Mike Ward Summer Benefit Concert. Andy was joined on stage by Bryant Siono, Rodney Alejandro, Carnell Harrell, Joe Mendez, Billy Mondragon, Jef Villaluna, Mark, Adrian and Raul of C-Town Horns.
Throughout the course of a three-hour show, Andy lead the audience through an electrifying set full of classic songs including Hotel California, Black Magic Women, Suavecito, Maria Maria and Souleros originals, The Beat and Tú Y Yo.
From the very first strum of the guitar the crowd was on their feet the entire night dancing to the infectious grooves and vocals from the amazing group of musicians brought together to help 3 deserving charities.
Each of the charities focus on a different need of our global community.
ACE Scholarships is committed to helping low-income parents provide that opportunity to their children. Their mission is to provide children of low-income families with scholarships to private schools in grades K-12, and to advocate for expanded school choice.
Infinite Hero’s pledge to those who have risked their lives is to reward their sacrifice and bravery with support that articulates our gratitude. They partner with like-minded organizations to provide access to innovative rehabilitation programs that address the unique needs of veterans and their families.
We would like to thank ACE scholarships and The Infinite Hero Foundation for allowing us to participate and be a part of this great fundraising event.
