I visited The DMAN studios Founded by Ziad S. Kassab in memory of his younger brother, Danny. Danny was hit by a car at the age of 7 on July 22, 1993. This accident resulted in Danny being a ventilator-dependent quadriplegic for 16 years. He passed away on August 30, 2009. Despite his many health complications, Danny lived his life to the fullest and inspired everyone he met. Ziad, moved by his younger brother’s life and faith in God, started the foundation as a way to give others with severe injuries like Danny’s a chance to live life fully with a “can do” attitude.
I was greatly inspired visiting the kids today who waited for Dennis Chambers, Mark Kassa of Slight Return and I. We got to see some amazing things…
They have developed a way for them to produce music with a tool they use with there mouth.. One of the students said it’s what’s inside that counts. He is determined to be a music producer.
I was humbled today and thought I should share with you since I am here to work with Mark Kassa and the song we wrote “A Warriors Soul” inspired by your “Warriors just like King David” book written by Ted Peterson and Drew Brattrud
